Board Certified Structural Integrator

I enjoy working with people to help them improve their mobility, decrease their pain, and improve their function. Life just seems more fun that way! I worked as an Occupational Therapist for many years before adding Cranial Sacral Therapy and then Therapeutic Massage. I went on to Structural Integration and this forms the basis from where I work today. I have a 3D view of the body that helps me to find connections and sort out problems that my clients report.

I continue learning from classes and from my clients. My latest classes have been taught by a D.O., a movement expert, and Visceral Manipulation through the Barral Institute. These classes have expanded my skills, given me new insights about the source of problems, and taught me the importance of recovery and movement.
